Linsly School was founded 1n 1814 by Noah Linsly.

The school was known as a boys school but in 1987 their board of trustees announced that the school would change their enrollment to a coeducational school. The school is a private preparatory school in Wheeling, WV.

They offer programs in arts, athletics, and academics. The school has 100% college placement for students grades 5 through 12.
