Episcopal High School, founded in 1839, is a co-ed college preparatory school located in Alexandria, Va. The 130-acre campus is located in close proximity to Washington, DC. The school is accredited by the Virginia Association of Independent Schools and the ASCS.

The student body is composed of 430 students resulting in a 6-to-1 student teacher ratio. Classroom sizes are small. Advanced placement courses are offered in many academic areas including, science, mathematics, literature and the arts. Episcopal offers a wide range of varsity sports. Since 1979, 38 teams have been named the Interstate Athletic Conference Champions.

Tuition, including room and board, is approximately $47,850 per year. Financial aid is available. The typical grant covers 70 percent of the annual tuition.
