Located in Bell Buckle, Tennessee, The Webb School is a private independent school, founded in 1870 by William R. “Old Sawney” Webb.

Webb is the oldest boarding school in the South that has maintained continuous operation. 300 co-ed students attend The Webb School.

The Webb focuses on honor and character for all students, with one of oldest honor code systems in the country.

Webb’s honor code was the inspiration for the much-acclaimed Princeton University honor code.

Webb students every year pledge against lying, cheating and stealing. The school offers flexible curriculums, small class sizes, student clubs and athletic programs. The co-ed school has college-prep courses for grades 6-12.
