North Carolina School of Science and Math
Founded in 1980, the School of Science and Math, NC is located in Durham, NC. The school is a public high school that allows students to study a specialized curriculum that focuses primarily on science and math. The school houses around 650 students.
The school is comprised of both male and female students. It is more widely known for academic success but in latter years has excelled in Varsity Sports. In 2011 the school won regional championships in Men’s Soccer and Cross country and Women’s Tennis and volleyball.
