The American Hebrew Academy is a Jewish secondary school based in Greensboro, NC. Founded in 2001 as a place where local Jewish teens could receive a comprehensive education in both secular and religious fields, this school now attracts students from across America.

This boarding school is Co-ed and privately funded. Tuition costs are currently $33,800 for boarders, and $22,800 for day students. All high school grades are taught on the school’s large, gated campus.

The school also has 16 interscholastic sports teams, all of which go by the school’s team name, the Eagles.

Classes are small here, with no more than 12 students per class in most cases, and the Harkness teaching method is used to give students the most one-on-one time possible.
