Lawrence Academy at Groton is among the earliest boarding schools in the nation, founded in 1792. The school offers co-ed, college prep for students grades 9-12. Lawrence Academy is located on 100 acres in the commuter town of Groton, Massachusettts.

Yearly tuition is $54,750 for boarding students and $42,130 for day students. Financial aid is available. Lawrence Academy offers an English as a Second Language program and a summer program. In addition, there is an experiential two-week learning program called Winterim. This school is accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges and the New England Preparatory School Athletic Council.
