Buxton School located in Willamstown, Massachusetts is a college prep boarding school and day high school. The small classes promote creativity, diversity, community, and individuality. The campus is on 150 acres that has forest, ponds and meadows.

They have a well rounded academic curriculum that includes 4 years of English, 1 year of American history, 3 years of math and a foreign language, and 2 years of laboratory science and social science. There are several courses in the arts available to students. Buxton School has an excellent athletic program with soccer, basketball, skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, and yoga. It is for both boys and girls with separate housing.

Admission involves transcripts from schools at least two years, two letters of recommendation, recent SSAT scores, a visit to campus and personal interview and completed applications with $50.00 application fee. It is a competitive and expensive school to attend.
