Academy of the Sacred Heart is an independent Catholic school for girls. It teaches all grades from Pre-Kindergarten to 12th grade. Those in 7th through 12th grade even have residential accommodations at Academy of the Sacred Heart if wanted.
This academy offers a very strong curriculum. They have a lot of goals that the girls are to focus on.
These goals are to have a personal and active faith in God, a deep respect of intellectual values, a social awareness which impels to action, the building of community as a Christian value, and a personal growth in an atmosphere of wise freedom.
Some of their extracurricular activities that they focus on are student community governance, performance arts, clubs, community service, and athletics. The girls have an option to bring their own horse to the campus barn as well.
