Colorado Rocky Mountain School is a co-educational boarding and day school founded in 1953. Its campus sits on a 320 acre ranch in Carbondale, Colorado, just 30 miles from Aspen. The school features a student body of roughly 160 students, grades 9-12.
The curriculum emphasizes college preparatory academics, outdoor activities, athletics, and student work crews. Of their graduating students, 100% are accepted to a 4-year college or university.
The school is accredited by the Association of Colorado Independent Schools and the Association of Experimental Education.
Tuition is currently set at $47,500 for boarding students and $29,500 for day students.
