Ekklesia Mountain High (EMH) is a unique, education program in Buena Vista, Colorado, known for its outdoor adventure programs, mission work, and service projects.

It’s located at Darren Patterson Christian Academy and is open to juniors in high school.

Acceptance into the program is by application only and has strict standards, including a high school GPA of at least 3.20, a recommendation from a physician, and high biblical standards.

The application includes a $50 dollar fee and requests references.

Yearly tuition is $23,950 dollars. It covers most expenses including boarding and equipment, but not the cost of the over seas mission trip which will be financed through fundraising. Financial aid is available.

All students are required to take Perspectives in Bible and Philosophy but otherwise have a wide choice of class options. The schools academic stats vouch for the education program’s prestige and success.
