The Villanova Preparatory School, in Ojai, California, is a private co-ed Augustinian boarding and day school founded in 1924 at request of Bishop John Cantwell.

The school is accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges.

Many of the school’s boarding students are international and boarding students make up 30 percent of the school’s population, about 90 students. It is the only Augustinian co-ed boarding school in the United States.

Sports offered at the Villanova School include football, water polo, volleyball, tennis, basketball, soccer, baseball, softball, swimming, track and field, golf, and football.

It is a member of the Frontier League and Tri Valley League. Spanish, Japanese and Latin are offered. The school is located on 120 acres and is home to 250 students. Tuition is $15,500 for day students and $45,500 for boarding students. Its mascot is the wildcats.
